Walking is More Than a Way to Get Somewhere

When I was young and had to walk everywhere, I was desperate to own a car.  Eventually I got one and, by the time  I was twenty, never walked anywhere except around the mall.  I gained twenty pounds and lost a lot of energy.  I did some research and found that walking would be the easiest way to feel better.  To make it more interesting, I  bought myself comfortable shorts, a pair of athletic shoes, and Walking Socks.  After a few weeks I was feeling wonderful. and the weight began to come off.  I realized I actually enjoy walking, now that I can choose to do it.
