This encompasses both your legal and civil rights. It is important to be educated so that you will not be treated unfairly. Some people knowingly or not will do things to take advantage of those who have any form of a disability. This training program is designed to make life easier for you and those you love. Life is hard enough without trying to deal with issues you do not understand.
