Flavors of the Day: Great Taste, No Pain!

Healthy food doesn’t have to come at the expense of good flavor. Consider using more fresh fish in your diet. Cut back on that beef and enjoy a filet of grouper. Take an 8 oz filet, place it in a foil base. Sprinkle on some green onions, a dash of salt (less than a ½ a teaspoon), and a small pat of low fat margarine. Cut a lemon into quarters and squeeze ½ onto the fillet. Seal the foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees! And Voila…. You have a fabulous meal, healthy and light. Great taste no pain!
