By punishing doctors for practicing defensive medicine, while unleashing the trial lawyers? By creating an expanded Medicare/Medicaid system, when the current system is on the way to bankruptcy? By including nothing of any likely value re: personal responsibility for one’s heatlh, when our relatively poor health and medicine outcomes are mostly related to individual decisions rather than access to healthcare?

Genuine healthcare reform is needed- what Pelosi is proposing will further wreck a system in need of fixing, and lock into place a new dysfunctional system. No thanks!
