How to Serve Sparkling Red Wine
01 February 2012
Sparkling red wine is great for special occasions. If you have not tasted it yet, you should understand that the best way to get the most out of it is to chill it first before serving. When chilled, it tastes a lot better. Some people make the mistake of putting ice into their glasses when drinking this treat, but this is the wrong way to do it. To serve it cold, you have to put it inside your refrigerator for an hour or two. Alternatively, you can chill it at a temperature of 45 degrees in a bucket full of ice for about half an hour.
