Three pedestrians injured by drunk driver on a Saturday

A recent report of a drunk driving accident indicates that three pedestrians were hit by a drunk driver.  The pedestrians were crossing a driveway by a parking lot when the drunk driver, who first hit a vehicle in front of him and then turned into the parking lot, struck them.  All three pedestrians were injured and received medical treatment for their injuries.  One of the pedestrians sustained a broken leg from the accident.  The driver was arrested and a police officer commented that the man had a blood-alcohol level that was almost twice the legal limit.  The accident occurred early on a Saturday morning.
